1. Use of the App
Laba – Travel Tracker is a travel tracking and collection application that allows users to create, manage, and view travel-related content, statistics, achievements, stamps, and memories.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
2. User Accounts
Creating an account is optional. Some features may require an account, including:
- Cloud synchronization and backup
- Social features
- Content sharing
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities associated with your account.
3. User Content and Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for the content they create, upload, publish, or share within the App, including but not limited to:
- Photos
- Text
- Profile information
- Travel content
- Comments or other user-generated content
By using the App, you agree not to upload, post, or share content that:
- Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, or offensive
- Contains nudity, explicit sexual content, or graphic violence
- Violates the rights, privacy, or intellectual property of others
- Promotes harassment, hate speech, or illegal activities
- Attempts to harm, disrupt, or misuse the App or its users
You retain ownership of the content you create. However, by uploading content to the App, you grant Laba – Travel Tracker a limited right to store, display, and process such content solely for operating and improving the service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to remove any content that violates these Terms, suspend or permanently terminate user accounts, restrict access to the App, and report illegal activities to relevant authorities when required by law.
Laba – Travel Tracker is not responsible for user-generated content published within the App. Users assume full responsibility for the content they share and any consequences resulting from it.
4. Analytics and App Improvements
Laba – Travel Tracker may collect limited usage and analytics information to improve app functionality, rewards systems, performance, balancing, and user experience. This may include anonymous or non-personal information such as:
- Session duration
- Feature usage
- Number of trips created
- Progression statistics
- General in-app interactions
5. Account Deletion
Users can delete their account directly within the App. Deleting an account may permanently remove associated data and content.
6. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, branding, graphics, interface, icons, achievements, stamps, and content, is owned by Wiles Studio and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the App without prior written permission.
7. Availability of the Service
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free availability of the service.
8. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wiles Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:
- The use or inability to use the App
- User-generated content
- Data loss
- Unauthorized account access
- Service interruptions or technical issues
Users use the App at their own risk.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate access to the App for users who violate these Terms or misuse the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
